Where do you deliver?
We post to any address in GB and DE. Orders going elsewhere: email hello@cutitiuu.com before you buy and we will tell you what is possible.
What does delivery cost?
A flat £4.50 per order, and free once the basket passes £35. It is applied automatically — there is no code to enter.
How long until my order arrives?
[To confirm with the fulfilment partner: standard delivery within 3–5 business days of dispatch in the UK, 4–7 to Germany.] Orders are packed the next business day after payment clears, and a tracking number is emailed the moment the carrier scans the parcel.
Will it arrive before my event?
Usually. If your date is tight, order early and put the event date in the order notes — we will flag anything that cannot make it. For a specific date, email hello@cutitiuu.com first and we will confirm before you pay.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The cards and wallets listed in the footer — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
Are prices shown with VAT?
Prices are quoted in GBP with VAT included where it applies. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. The site runs over HTTPS with HSTS enforced, and the payment step runs on the processor's own systems, certified to PCI DSS. Your card number never touches our servers.
Can I return something?
[To confirm: unused items in their original packaging are returnable within 30 days of delivery.] Email us with your order number first and we will send a return authorisation and the address to post it to. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Some lines are seasonal — will they come back?
Christmas, Halloween and party lines are bought in small runs and often do not return. If something you want is out of stock, email hello@cutitiuu.com and we will tell you honestly whether another batch is coming.
Are the photos and measurements accurate?
Titles, photography, specifications and prices all come from a single product feed we maintain, so each line stays right in one place. Buying, paying and delivery all happen here on xinmao-cutitiuu-website.1yzwyzw1.workers.dev.
Do you supply schools, venues and party planners?
Yes. Email hello@cutitiuu.com with the lines, quantities and delivery postcode and we will quote a volume price and a lead time.
Is there a shop I can visit?
No — CutitiUU is mail order only. Keeping a shopfront out of the overhead is part of how the prices stay where they are.
Items in square brackets are our own operational commitments still to be confirmed — they are stored in src/pages/faq.astro and must match the rates and windows published on the Delivery & returns page.
